Over the last month, the listeners of the Jack Vita Show have been voting daily on my Twitter, Instagram and Facebook polls for the title of Greatest Christmas Movie of All-Time, in the GOAT Christmas Movie Bracket. 32 movies entered the tournament, and now, a champion has been crowned.
In the final round, by a vote of 98 to 64, Elf has defeated Home Alone and by popular demand, has been named the "Greatest Christmas Movie of All-Time".
The 2003 Will Ferrell classic is a must-watch every holiday season, and is well-deserving of its title as GOAT Christmas flick. Elf is worthy of an entire episode of the Jack Vita Show dedicated to it, and we'll certainly record one next year!
Thank you so much to everyone who voted over the last month, and to those that shared the bracket with their friends. This bracket wouldn't have been complete without you. I hope you all have a very merry Christmas, and enjoy watching your favorite holiday classics with the ones that you love over the coming week.
