Disney Channel Original Movies: High School Musical (2006) review

Updated: Oct 28, 2021

Jack is joined by his sister Laura, as well as their friends, Astrid Souto and Chad Vautherine via Skype call to discuss the classic Disney Channel original movie, High School Musical! Astrid and Chad are both journalism students at Texas Christian University!

With the whole nation in the act of social distancing and quarantining, there are no sports on the radar for the time being. So it's time for Sports Movie Madness! This is the sports-ish movie that started it all for Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens. Should any of the other leads from the film have achieved the same star status as these two? We have one in mind. Who is the real villain of High School Musical? Hint: it's not Sharpay Evans. Is Zac Efron a good basketball player? Were the East High Wildcats a team of destiny? All this, and plenty more will be addressed in a very fun episode!
